Good working environment with less toxic people, since I've been working in as a back office staff. but the salary needs improvement for everyone. since inflation is happening much faster that we anticipated.

We are all close with each other and have been working for more than 4 years mostly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is not competitive enough compared to other companies. The world is changing due to inflation and global warming but the salary is not changing.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Please improve the compensation package for the back office staff, because of them the business is running smoothly. If not because of the staffs they're will be no one to support the management.
