I enjoy working with our diverse, gifted and interesting team here at Concentrix. It is inspiring to learn about different cultures, and getting to know and interact with people worldwide.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know of others who have left our company and went to work for companies with better pay increases and compensation. These same folks feel better appreciated by their managers and receive regular recognition for their work.
