Not too long here, but loving the people and how they seem to live by their values which feeds so much into the culture. One of the better companies I've onboarded with also, with huge emphasis on processes and making sure communication is not lost on anyone - Very thankful for this.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Hard to put into 300 characters - above all else, I love the feeling and emphasis on belonging and the respect shown form the top down. I recently had a conversation with a workmate and described this org as something I'd have to be dragged away from if I was ever to leave (in a positive sense!)

I've never worked anywhere quite like Workday. We get some much right when it comes to culture and putting people front and centre of the org. WLB is fantastic and management are very fair and flexible once you are doing your day-to-day. I love it here!

Pace, Colleagues and emphasis on processes.

A real sense of 'Belonging', which is instilled in our culture!

Love that we have a competitive base, generous bonus and stock (something I've never had before!)

No one part, as there are many aspects to it - but I do feel well compensated.

I get a huge sense of them wanting me to achieve and a real sense of belonging amongst them.

Healthcare / focus on working from home and how the smaller benefits (ie. wifi allowance, health credit etc). Standout is the RSU's.

I know if I were to call on anyone of them for help or assistance with anything, I could 100% rely on them.

Easy to engage and seem to want to help in my journey where they can. They make themselves accessible and seem happy to do so.

Seems to be a real and genuine sense of belonging (really!!) - where folks want you to succeed. People go out of thier way to help.

I get a great feeling of support around me, but more so that people want me to succeed in what I'm doing (I try to reflect this back to the people within the org also!)
What makes you most happy at work?
I love how we can engage leadership at any stage and get meaningful input from them. Barriers are removed and you can work laterally and across teams seamlessly - again with the encouragement of leadership. I also really appreciate that we are trusted to do we live our values!
