I have continually been challenged, which is how I prefer my work to be. I have, unfortunately, had to deal with some pretty bad office politics. Luckily, the teammate who instigated most of the trouble is no longer here. I have hope that things are getting better.

I think the best benefit are the stock options.

When I have the time to invest on my growth and learning.

I think I would need more personal interactions (as opposed to professional), in order for me to improve my relationships with my teammates.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership at Workday are top notch. They are focused on the company's goals, but really seem to care about the workforce. I am continually confident that they have our wellbeing in mind when making decisions.
