TaskUs: The department that handles covid cases are not doing their job well. We had a teammate who is suspected covid positive and the clinic nurse did not let him/her rest at the clinic, instead they let her rest at the sleeping quarters (where most employees go and rest).
TaskUs: I've been here for 7 years now and all I can say is that I love working here at Taskus.
TP: it was a wonderful experience and I learned a lot.

TaskUs: I'm not that happy with this company especially when you see some managers enjoying themselves and teammates aren't. I had covid last August and I don't understand why our clinic doesn't provide antigen kits before while you see a lot of liquor in the pantry. Though the kits are now available.

Foundever: I like Sitel, although after spending a few years around I came to learn that it has also a lot to improve, the culture is there but it's getting lost on negativity and lack of opportunities. Management is not fearly chosen and that contributes to zero care about the well being of agents in general.

They keep transferring agents from different LOB's, we should know that every employees has a different pace in learning or adapting new changes. They shouldn't just give an agent one month to pass the scorecard, it should be 3 mos.
Foundever: I started working as a call center during pandemic and me my co workers have a bound like a family, Since this is the my fist job and i feel afraid since i will be away with my parents during pandemic but since my co workers didn't left me behind i succeed during the pandemic.

TaskUs: Good. I just hope they offer (permanent) work from home, and provide more allowance. It's very hard to work when worrying about the expenses due to the transportation and gas, as well as the time travel.

TaskUs: Everything was great until I learned that there is no yearly salary increase, they make us feel uncomfortable about the plan for working on site and incentives are fading away. Still people are great and we are still working from home which I am thankful for.

TaskUs: I came from a (European) company with well developed systems and really solid employee benefits and coming to TaskUs was initially disappointing. However, the people and managers I work with compensate for the systems and benefits that still need to be improved on.

As some of the long time Workmates leave, they take the culture with them. Some of the new hires bring the toxic culture from other companies and have not embraced the Workday way.
