my experience have been good so far. that includes the teammates and supports tho the compensation is quite low that made it kinda difficult to say no immediately to others a much higher one

aside from compensation the work itself is mostly stress free
What is the best part about your compensation package?
that i can have my dependents w/ me tho I would love it more if optical reimbursement is present since we always put strain on our eyes
