I'm not that happy with this company especially when you see some managers enjoying themselves and teammates aren't. I had covid last August and I don't understand why our clinic doesn't provide antigen kits before while you see a lot of liquor in the pantry. Though the kits are now available.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the benefits that they offer but not all.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team teaches each teammate a certain lesson, regarding work or not.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication. Some of the employees are not aligned with the programs or rules or what not.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to understand what teammates are going through. They need to hear us first instead of teaching or educating us when in the first place, they do not know what teammates are really going through.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because as we stay in the company for years, there is no certain raise to our pay.Instead of giving additional compensation to tenured teammates, they need to pass the human project first. Why don't you just give it without the human project when they are more than 3 years already
