the people. everyone is always in their positive energy. most especially the housekeeping and security team!!

We are all well aligned, even if its not work related. We make sure that we get to bond even if outside work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Incentives are not that high. We always make sure to strive harder and perform well but then then feels like that the incentives doesnt reciprocate the efforts of the teammates
