Lighthouse is so packed. No lounge, no sleeping quarters. Lack of chairs where you can relax during your break.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Basic Salary is too low in comparison to the work we're doing. It would be better to have more incentive to compensate
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay is way too low for the work we're assigned to. Rent in the city is way too expensive and the pay can't even compensate. Other companies basic pay is way more tempting than what we have.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
TaskUS now has the lowest basic Salary of all the BPO companies right now. They need to match or be ridiculously better than the other competitrs in terms of pay. At least give an additional pay for any changes like additional skill.
