I am currently happy especially with the work from home set up, I am performing very well in the comfort of my own home

So far, I enjoy being a work from home mom and I am very thankful to my company that they gave me this opportunity. Some changes are just so sudden sometimes but as long as I am working from home I am resilient.

Willingness to help especially if support is not available due to meetings
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Disputes on payroll take too long to be fixed this should be handled with urgency, salary increase is highly appreciated since cost of living is high

Some of the disputes that I had was not yet fixed and I am waiting for a long time. I wish the disputes that we have could be handle with urgency and can be fix faster.
