The department that handles covid cases are not doing their job well. We had a teammate who is suspected covid positive and the clinic nurse did not let him/her rest at the clinic, instead they let her rest at the sleeping quarters (where most employees go and rest).
What makes you most happy at work?
My teammates whom I spend much of my time.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
fairness to teammates. Not all leaders do exercise fairness to their subordinates.

We share the same feedback/reactions as with how our managers handle task.

Of course the teammates, on the team I belong to as of the moment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With so much going on in the economy, like the prices of everything goes up. Our salary remains the same. Employees tend to search for a company that somehow has a competitive salary rates.
