What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership isn't just focus on results but how us as employees feel and they treat us as human being which is very rare in BPO industry. Still grateful
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
WFH would be great to lessen commuters expense and at the same time to our health, additional allowances such as Electricity/Internet and not removing any existing to our pay just because of wfh.
