Approachable, they can help you as much as they want to. Fun and interacting because we get to know each other here onsite.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Maybe because on our first pay, though, we had 12 days rendered but we only got a salary of 10k for 10days only which was explained to us that it was because of "package" salary though. Kinda unfair but I hope in the future, they might consider those scenarios
