the additional allowance is the best part of me, without it, I won't be able to support my children's education and needs.

Always being there for each other and helps each other. Since this is people culture company. most teammates even leaders are welcoming and approachable.

being able to work and earn salary. being able to mingle with other teammates and of course being able to socialize with close friends.
