Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
tax deduction is just too high; I hope that can be offset somehow w/ tax-free quarterly/annual performance bonuses for support teams; annual increase should also at least offset inflation for average performers, but should be higher than inflation rate for above average performers, to be fair
