I started working as a call center during pandemic and me my co workers have a bound like a family, Since this is the my fist job and i feel afraid since i will be away with my parents during pandemic but since my co workers didn't left me behind i succeed during the pandemic.

1. Increase the salary 2. Provide our benefits fairly 3. Please do not disappoint us by asking what changes needed if you will not fulfill.
