Workday is going through growing pains. Some of the negatives of being a larger company is now happening at Workday. As some of the long time Workmates leave, they take the culture with them. Some of the new hires bring the toxic culture from other companies and have not embraced the Workday way.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

What makes you most happy at work?
The are always good and bad about any job and every company. For the most part, I like what I do, who I do it with and where I do it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raise the salary of long time employees to be as high or higher than new Workmates. You shouldn't have to leave the company or change jobs to have a competitive salary. New hires should not be making more thank people that have stayed dedicated to Workday.
