I came from a (European) company with well developed systems and really solid employee benefits and coming to TaskUs was initially disappointing. However, the people and managers I work with compensate for the systems and benefits that still need to be improved on.

Leaders are approachable. Most exercise emotional intelligence. I have yet to meet more leaders at TaskUs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and immediate supervisor are the most positive about the company despite a lot of systems still being developed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I hope the company can improve HMO coverage. I honestly feel that my offer was low but because of my circumstances at the time of job offer, i had to take the offer.
