We really do our tasks as a team. Teamwork really makes the dream work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leads do not micromanage their people. I don't feel like I'm at work. I feel like I'm at a university.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm working with TU since 2015. I'm currently a Quality Analyst but y pay package is still at teammate level.
