Aside that we are completely independent and functional. We are open to criticism and work well together
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe almost everyone knows this but internal hire earn less compared to external hire. I believe internal hires should compensated more than external hire since, internal hires invested their time, effort and even possibly their lives for the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The best employees felt that they were undervalued because of the compensation. Other companies do have easier time pirating employee. Culture is very good at TaskUs, but the pay is sometime a big factor when it comes to work load
