With the workload and scope of job that we have, maybe it's time for us to have an additional compensation/benefits.

I can say the I am receiving a fair salary package. But still hoping for a higher compensation package in the future

Being able to do what I love which is facilitating training sessions. But aside from this, I am able to communicate with my friends.
