This is the best company I have ever had because it's People First Culture, and it saddened me that I am in toxic management who does not know the value and the importance of their people. If you stand up and provide your feedback it will be taken against you.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People first, however recently our feedback is being used against us. Which is very contradicting with the People First Cuture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We all know that all of us were affected by the inflation happening right now, because of the recent inflation everything was affected. Gas, groceries and other necessities went high but our salaries are still low. We are not even given a chance to have a salary increase every year.
