The campaign is really bad right now. It needs a robot not a person

I currently don't see any positive for now but I previously enjoyed the positive culture
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Been with Taskus for 5 years and this is the 1st time i felt so exhausted. The current campaign I have is looking for robot to be a teammate not a person. My apologies but they are focusing on how to gain money from business by doing dual skilling to teammates to manage the expenses. Affects mental
