Teamwork, raises morale, increases productivity and efficiency. A positive workplace environment reduces stress in employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More incentives that will reflect to our payroll....We should have a salary increase every quarter of the month if the agents is passing they're scorecard.
