I don't really like how some of the higher ups manage the agents. They keep transferring agents from different LOB's, we should know that every employees has a different pace in learning or adapting new changes. They shouldn't just give an agent one month to pass the scorecard, it should be 3 mos.

My teammate and less stress at work.

They are friendly and they treat me like a family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teamwork, raises morale, increases productivity and efficiency. A positive workplace environment reduces stress in employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More incentives that will reflect to our payroll....We should have a salary increase every quarter of the month if the agents is passing they're scorecard.
