TaskUs: Salary Increase - Since the pandemic, there has been no increase in our pay knowing the situation has affected us poorly. There was even no hazard pay, unlike any other companies. Annual appraisal isn't done yearly. Our country is also suffering from inflation and increase in commodity prices.
TaskUs: Satisficed in a way that I see improvement and opportunities but still lack in engagement and needs improvement on people first policy

But since the pandemic, they rely on third party customer service agents, their people are poorly trained, and they do not read the communications that we send. They talk about great customer service but they do not provide great customer service.
