Taskus is a great place to work as you can be yourself, grow yourself, meet non-prejudiced people, learn from others, and work according to your needs and preferences. At Taskus, your future depends on your performance and goals; you can go as far as you decide to go.

Teamwork, TL's encouraging messages, and customer satisfaction comments or ratings.

That I am working from home. Sharing time with my teammates.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are supportive, kind, have a lot of experience, and are willing to share their knowledge generously. All are good people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can be myself, and I can ask about anything without being criticized; as a team, we care about others, and I trust in the company's goodwill.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always available to answer any question, review any issue, or be attentive to personal situations or important ones such as birthdays, family, or others. They make me feel supported and valued.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respect. I feel safe, happy, and accepted no matter my age, beliefs, goals, or whatever. At Taskus I feel like a person working with people. No adjectives that can separate would apply. The Oasis facilities are a great place to work too.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other call centers have better payment. I don't feel undervalued as a person, the atmosphere is great, that's actually why I like working in TaskUs. It is about money; the feeling is about the payment, and it could be more competitive as we are ridiculously much better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The payment is below the market and I would like it to be a little more competitive, but this doesn't make me feel undervalued; it is only a matter of market wages that sometimes doesn't feel fair as we are a ridiculously great company and we do a ridiculously amazing job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a TEAM. They have been supportive from the first day I entered. We are always helping each other if we need to solve something, we teach each other, we care about personal situations, and we encourage and support others on bad days. We are empathic and friendly but respectful. I love my team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make me feel they are part of the team and not over me as they are always looking for solutions rather than guilties for any issue that comes out. I feel they work as hard as I do and they endorse us as a team. They have developed a good atmosphere to feel heard and valued.
