I love TaskUs as a company who puts their employees wellbeing first before profit. I just hope that incentives scheme and our salary/allowance will be improved. I hope that when they think of our salary/allowance/incentives they consider the inflation as well.

My teammates are fun and approacheable. They're easy going and very responsible with each other.

I love that the tasks are not too stressful and we have all the support we need.

I love that our team are very harmonious, respect each other and have a sense of responsibilities to each other. All have the same goal to strive for excellence as a team and as an individual.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I learned that another companies offer higher compensation and benefits to their employees while having the same job description and LOB as us. Also, the incentive schemes that gave us benefits whenever we exceeded our metrics are now have more stricter qualification which is quite demotivating.

I love TaskUs treatments of its employees it's just that I feel that perks incentives are lacking. We always make sure that we meet and exceeds our metrics and it's kind of unmotivating when only few percent are rewarded. It'll be better if all who exceeds their metrics will also get their incentive
