I love TaskUs. They stay true to their core value: "Work hard, have fun!". I enjoy all the benefits that come with being an employee - from their wellness initiatives to their engagement activities. I've been here since 2021, and I still feel as excited as when I first started.

There are friendly people and ridiculously fun events! Work has never felt like play - not until I worked here!

Everything! It's difficult to choose one when everything is truly great - from the interior design to the awesome culture of TaskUs.

Feeling accomplished and recognized. It makes work something you look forward to. It gives you a sense of value feeling like what you do matters.

I've never felt alone. Everything seems light because I always have people backing me up, pushing me to be better, and inspiring me to strive for excellence.
What makes you most happy at work?
Free meal :D I mean that counts, but what makes me really happy is all the growth and opportunities I see in store for me with TaskUs - and the monthly happy hour they have while I'm at it :D
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation package is fairly competitive. However, it's all the other benefits, like the NextGen scholarship, TaskFund, eSALAD, and others, that make TaskUs stand out. The choice of benefits they provide shows how much attention they pay to the needs of their employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leaders are very approachable; no tiptoeing is needed when you're talking to them! They are very straightforward when calling out opportunities, yet their feedback always comes from a place of care. They genuinely care about your growth and support you in achieving your goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel supported in my pursuit of professional growth. My direct manager mentors and coaches me every week to ensure I'm on track with my goals, and my team supports me in any way they can. I'm encouraged to take my PTOs to recuperate and I'm not being micromanaged.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very passionate about their job, yet when others shine they always clap for them. They create a healthy environment to grow and they always push you to become a better version of yourself. They are the true embodiment of the TaskUs Core Value - "Always Strive for Excellence".
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Working in the BPO Industry has never been this fun! Sure, all other factors remain constant - workload, pressure, flexible schedule, etc. - but TaskUs made everything seem light and easy. The people I work with are kind and I have been given the best support system for continued growth. Thank you!
