While the company itself is great, the contracts are subpar. You're working for the company, but doing the jobs for the contract. The company has little to no control over what is decided with the contracts as far as major changes within those companies that impact us as employees.

How much they care about the employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How it's encourages to be yourself, we are not expected to up a facade.

The way we communicate and how we can come together and collaborate while still enjoying ourselves.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't feel that I am being compensated for what I do. I think there should definitely be a pay bump.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Given the current economic climate and where the global economy is going, everything is more expensive. You see companies around us increasing pay, while you're still sitting with the pay that you were hired on with maybe a few cents more after over one and a half years. How is this okay?
