I appreciate the cash bonus and the benefits are so good that I rarely think about them

It's a very psychologically safe environment. I don't have to worry about not knowing something. I feel free to ask for help and ask questions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Workday really values its employee's personal time. I have almost never been asked to work past normal hours. We don't reward "hero culture" here. We reward teamwork.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Workday has a philosophy that if it takes care of the employees, then we'll make a great product and take care of the customers. Employees is a higher level company value than customer satisfaction.
