How much we push VIBE and we stand for important global issues...we don't shy away from what we think is right.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Loved the Zoom Exec calls during Covid....showed them in their homes and made them less formalized and more down to earth as we were all in it together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Keeping up with our peers would be good re: compensation. We are losing great talent and a "brain drain" due to our base pay. The "brain drain" concern was something Jim Bozzini mentioned was his number 1 concern, even prior to Covid. It's happening.
