WE are valued. We accept each other's differences. Team Leader is very hands on.

I'm happy because the environment is very friendly but it's much better if we are working from home.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is okay if you are just working from home but since we have already returned to the office the expenses tends to be higher than we are at home.
