They recognize our work most of the time.

We pull each other up. We make sure that everybody hits their goals by helping each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to talk to my team about our goals and plans for the next coming days.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My TLs made sure to focus on my application in stepping up as a team leader and is going out of their way just to prepare me for the role.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
TaskUs is one of the few companies that still pays 16k for the basic which I think is pretty low for today's expenses. I understand that there's an annual increase which I think the percentage isn't enough as I only got 600 pesos added to my basic for hitting 4.5 score for the past year.
