What do you like best about the leadership team?
They will make sure to prioritize their teammates. They will hear our words and find an appropriate action plan to resolve it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The only problem I have here is that whatever the total day you work in a cut off they will still be based on the basic pay. I find it unfair specially if you have LWOP in a cut off they will deduct it but when you have excess days for the said cut off its not paid.
