What are some of the best things about your team?
We are working as one, very cooperative and we are all having fun!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My supervisor! He is very effective with the team and everyone is excited and motivated to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm just hoping that there will be an increase since I've been at the company for 4 years and other BPO is already offering competitive salary, so I hope that this will not be the reason why I will this job.
