Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think my basic pay was a bit low for all the work, yes your body was in good shape but emotionally I am tired of customers. I think, I deserve a raise for that. I am not ranting for the job. But atleast give a little compensation maybe so we can treat ourselve's to freshen up our minds.
