I have really enjoyed Workday. Even though I feel like I'm a bit underpaid, there is room for growth, and a lot of great benefits. I know that one day I will be making the same as my peers from my Master's programs

As with any company, Workday has some faults, but the benefits, VIBE culture, and emphasis on employees really do make it an amazing place to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
VIBE and the EBCS are super important.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are always there for each other, and super supportive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The focus on employees and fun really makes Workday a great place to work.

I really like the people I get to work with, and the challenges each day brings

My team is fun, and very uplifting. They are always willing to answer questions and help out .
What makes you most happy at work?
My team is great. I know my team cares about me, and we do what we can to help each other succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very knowledgeable, but also fun! They keep employees in the loop on what is going on, and engage with us as much as they can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really like the focus on work/life balance. We are encouraged to go home early occasionally on Fridays, and we have flexible PTO. We also have flex time to get our work done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My team is short-staffed, and I am a P3, so when I do overtime work (quite often), I am not being compensated for that extra time. If I don't put in overtime, my other teammates have to pick up the difference.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have two Master's degrees, and several years of experience, but I started during Covid, and was brought on as a P2. I am trying to make my way to where I feel like I would be more fairly paid, but there have been hiring pauses, and not enough positions that suit my needs at this time.
