my coworkers lacked teamwork and they began to be hypocrites. (just says yes and ok even though that's not the answer just to get over it. when the tl is not around, they would talk behind their backs)
We're doing tasks that were not ours to do. No compensation, just appreciation. We're not in school anymore who would feel good when being praised. We work here for money to feed our families, not play around. Provide electricity, transportation, and internet allowance or be more salary competitive.
Raise the basic pay yearly not by our performance but by our loyalty, or give "your token of gratitude" to employees on our anniversaries. It's quite a joke that your merchandise (caps, shirts, tumblers) can only be attained by winning a raffle. It should be available to ALL employees as well.
