its getting worse, none of our concers, feedbacks or suggestions are being read. There's no actions on it, people just leave because of that

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are one. Teamwork makes the dreamwork indeed.

I'm not sure anymore since TaskUs' core values are gone.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

being human. it's not people first like what they promised. it's always "clients first"

raise the salary, give compensations, give loyalty awards to employees who worked for years!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

as of now, none. They're trying to make engaging activities but it's boring or too cringy.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Our Team Leader.Most of the Ops forgot that this is a people's first company, not a "client and money first"

self-improvement. almost all people I knew or used to work with here has attitute problems and feels like they're higher than god

You already know what and how. I know most of us are giving the same feedback that you have heard or read through these surveys and on SocMed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

raise the salary. we don't even have any electric or wifi reimbursement for wfh set up. You're being frugal to your tms even though you're expanding to other sites/countries

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

everything. most specially their interpersonal skills. On our tasks, when we get a DSAT, it always feel like it's our fault when we're only doing our best and only following the process we were asked to do.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

my coworkers lacked teamwork and they began to be hypocrites. (just says yes and ok even though that's not the answer just to get over it. when the tl is not around, they would talk behind their backs)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We're doing tasks that were not ours to do. No compensation, just appreciation. We're not in school anymore who would feel good when being praised. We work here for money to feed our families, not play around. Provide electricity, transportation, and internet allowance or be more salary competitive.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Raise the basic pay yearly not by our performance but by our loyalty, or give "your token of gratitude" to employees on our anniversaries. It's quite a joke that your merchandise (caps, shirts, tumblers) can only be attained by winning a raffle. It should be available to ALL employees as well.
