Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the current economy, prices for necessities and daily needs are getting higher but our basic salary stays the same. Given the weight of my position as part of the escalations team and the stress that I have to go through everyday, I think my pay does not match with the responsibility.
