They should increase the basic salary since everything's going up now

salary is low and not enough incentives. Thay can increase basic salary and provide more incentives

Other accounts or companies have higher basic salary offers. If Taskus can also increase our salary not just based on personal scorecard/metrics would be better. We'd definitely stay with the company
