
Improve Belonging among minorities and minority women
Stock options, Health Benefits and Bonus plan are great
My coworkers are not very inclusive in team meetings and other work meetings unless they have a personal rapport or connection with the person due to life style match or other factors. Makes it difficult for minorities and women to be included unless they are at managerial levels of authority
Focus on the "Belonging" part of VIBE and not just filling up the numbers to get the right proportion of diversity official numbers. Look at teams (at the lower levels) that have a low history of hiring, promoting minorities...A lot of white women get promoted and celebrated but not other women
I think that executive level leadership is spot on in terms of what they are looking to achieve and the efforts they make in terms of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging. But that culture does not dribble down to Mid level leadership and managers who most influence our Workday everyday work experience
