In my 2 years with TU, I have been very blessed to have great teammates and mentors. This allowed be to be promoted twice in a year and garner multiple achievements. I can also spend time with my family while I work at home.

I have been with TaskUs for 2 years now and all I can say is I'm happy and I'm thankful.

Taskus promotes great teamwork and a healthy enviroment. In addition to that, great career growth and stability.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If their is a budget limit, I would like to be compensated more on benefits or bonuses

I do believe that I should be making more however I am satisfied with what I am getting with TaskUs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team makes sure that you are doing your job and knows what needs to be changed and/or improved. Personally, they care for you and not just look as you as an employee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have had different teams and I can say that the similarity with all the teams I have been in were very welcoming and made me feel like I was a part of a healthy work environment.
