I've only been in the company for six months. I would say that I've been blessed to be in a good campaign and an awesome Team Leader.

Transparency and the sense of belongingness.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to interact with different kinds of people. Also, learning new things from certain states.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our daily meeting to set expectations during the morning and discuss how our day went EOD.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued per se but with all the costs of products and utilities increasing. It'll be really helpful if we get to compensate for that.
