midst the pressure of KPIs, my team is still firm to deliver great service.

To be honest, NONE. I am only waking up and going to work for the purpose of having a job.

It is very friendly in nature but excessively competitive. Pressure on KPI is somewhat putting agents to back out for this job.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salary Increase base on tenureship and Account Incentive Increase. CEO is American so our rate should be the same to American people.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Very much concerned on attendance but no motivation like Attendance Bonus and when file a PL or UL, urges to clawback when it is important.
