Overall with my 7 years stay here at TaskUs, all I can say this will be the last company I will work with and will retire since I love what this company provides

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I started with the company since 2016 yet the new TLs hired even internal hires have higher salary than mine doing the same thing. Hoping for re-alignment,
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The HMO - hoping we will have realignment from hires way back 2016 to now since salary range is different - a small adjustment is better to suit the financial needs
