They are very approachable, friendly and professional at the same time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The surroundings look so lively and the facilities are really good most especially there are some places where you can relax and get some rest whenever you have free time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There was never a dull moment with them. Upholding one of the core values which is "Work hard, have fun" is really not that hard as we really get along well .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Considering the situation that the food is free and the facilities are great, I think the compensation is still a bit low since the management did not let us negotiate based on our experience in the industry.
