The company (TaskUs) is a good company. It does not foster pressured and intense wok environment. It has wellness programs that benefits the employee. The working environment is great. No politics, no internal struggle for power, everything is in place. Career growth is fast in this company.

Everyday I learn something new. I always look forward to working each day. It's not a heavy weight or load I need to carry even after working hours

It is a working environment I want to stay with for years and years. The pacing is just right, the colleagues are great people, the rules are okay. It's not a toxic place to work on.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our TL-Mark Anthony Calumpad is the best and greatest. He find good ways to train and guide us and help improve our performance. Our SME-Mark Jason Jomolo is the most supportive, most approachable SME there is. No comparison. Our teammates help each other out to improve each other's performance.
