haven't experienced a appraisal since I started. I wish there are other insentives that can help out TM's

due to updates and changes and challenges like call ques that feels like you are in a TELCO and annual increase is not reflecting after almost 2 yrs here.At least 20% increase on basic salary or additional allowance will do.Thanks
