The company is best compared to my previous companies but the leaders do not know how to handle or balance in handling their stakes holder. They have less engagements to TMs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As we are doing our best to work diligently, and we're from far-flung areas, at least we can have additional assistance for transportation or 4x11 schedule to be able to lessen our expenses.
