I actually haven't seen or getting engaged by my team yet, but I am looking forward to it and I am so excited to meet them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like the most about the leadership team is that they are all very approachable and accommodating. They are assisting us very well, and answer all our concern in a good manner.
What makes you most happy at work?
The thing that makes me happy at work is when I am able to fullfil all my responsibilities, when I satisfy the needs of all my customers as well, and lastly, when I am able to make friends with my co-workers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about my compensation package is that it is huge enough to supply my needs in financial aspect. There is also a part where we can really see that they genuinely care about their employee as one of their benefits include the value of the mental health of a person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For now, I have no enough knowledge yet about the culture and environment in the company that I am in since I am just a newbie, but I have an instinct and as per my research, the company environment is good as they care about their employee not just in financial, but also in mental matter.
